Tell us about yourself! How old are you? Where do you live? What do you do (work/school/etc.)?

50 years old, Temperance, Michigan.

My kids, family and friends are my everything. I live with my 3 kiddos.

How long have you been playing disc golf?

16 years 

How did you get started with disc golf?

I started to play in 2007 because I wanted to stay active during my pregnancy and I have a course by my house. 

Share some of your memorable disc golf moments…

My most memorable experience so far was when I was playing on the same card during a tournament with my 5yr old son (his first ever tournament) and I got an ace, and then on the very next hole I aced again. Back to Back aces in a tournament was such an amazing feeling. It was also my first ever tournament ace(s).

What do you do when you’re not playing disc golf?

I will take my kids fishing or we will go to drive go-karts. 

What is your absolute favorite food (something you couldn’t live without)?

Steak of course

What’s your favorite fast-food restaurant?

Not sure I have a favorite, I try to avoid fast-food. I prefer a Wendy’s Chicken Salad and a Chili or Arby’s, but my kids always want Burger King. 

What are some of your favorite movies of all time?

Forever Young, Bruce Almighty, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Lost Boys, Back to the Future, Terminator, Top Gun

What are some of your favorite TV shows/series?

Dukes of Hazzard 

Do you have any pro or college sports teams you are fanatic about?

Ohio State Buckeyes! Football

Champion Valkyrie 

What are some of your favorite discs that are in your bag right now?

Star Mamba, Sting, Wombat

What else is always in your bag other than discs?

A disc retriever. I currenting have 2 types

Do you have a course that you consider your ‘home course’? Tell us about it.

Vienna Park, is literally my home course and in my front yard

What are a few of your favorite disc golf courses to play?

Flip City, Leviathan, Beauty, Gordon Holton Memorial

What is a dream disc golf course for you that you hope to play someday?

Maple Hill, Eagles Crossing

Do you have any pre-round or post-round rituals that you do when you play disc golf?

I’m not really into rituals 

Do you drink, smoke, snack, or partake in anything else while playing disc golf? What’s your go-to?

Water is a must and some mixed nuts or an energy bar for a snack. 

Are you just a casual disc golfer? Do you participate in any local leagues? Do you compete in disc golf tournaments?

I participate and run a local doubles league and compete in many tournaments through-out the year 

Do you have any tips for aspiring disc golfers?

Have Fun and don’t sweat the bad shots or rounds, it happens…

Do you have any favorite professional disc golfers that you follow?

Tattar is an absolutely amazing disc golfer and person

Do you have any disc golf goals that you are trying to achieve?

Yes, I want to get my rating up and be able to throw 400 feet.

Who do you typically play disc golf with?

My kids or solo these days. 

What would a perfect disc golf round look like for you?

Bogey free round with a few or more birdies
