Refunds and Returns on Merchandise
Running It Disc Golf offers print-on-demand products fulfilled by a 3rd party company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Running It Disc Golf offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the Contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Running It Disc Golf will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for inputting and verifying the correct information at the time of your purchase.
Refunds on Subscription Payments
Team Running It™ memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes both the initial payment and any subsequent automated renewal payments. Once a membership is purchased, it cannot be paused, canceled mid-term, or refunded for any reason.
You can easily cancel your membership at any time from your profile page to prevent future automated renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing period or for any automated renewal payments already processed.
